At Nakhrahub, we take pride in creating customized and personalized products made especially for you. As each item is crafted based on customer-provided details, please read our refund policy carefully.

🔹 Customized & Personalized Products

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been confirmed and processed.

This includes:

  • Name plates

  • Customized LED lamps

  • Acrylic products

  • Personalized gifts with names, photos, or text

🔹 Damaged or Defective Products

We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

📌 Important Conditions:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts or edits)

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

🔹 Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once customization or production has started

  • Cancellation requests made before production may be considered on a case-by-case basis

🔹 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days

🔹 No Refunds For

  • Minor color variations (due to screen or lighting differences)

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
