Nakhrahub is a customized gifting brand that offers handcrafted, personalized gifts like acrylic photo frames, Spotify keychains, baby keepsakes, couple night lamps, and much more. Every product is made with love, especially for you.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India.
3. How can I customize my order?
You can personalize your gift by uploading photos, names, or text on the product page before checkout. If you face any issue, just message us on WhatsApp.
4. Can I preview my design before printing?
Yes, we send a preview/mockup on WhatsApp (only on request) before final printing. Please mention your request during checkout or contact us after placing the order.

6. Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes, we do! For urgent/birthday/special day delivery, contact us on WhatsApp before placing the order to confirm availability.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Since each product is customized, cancellations or changes are only allowed within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, it goes into production.
8. What if the product is damaged or incorrect?
We offer a replacement if the product is received damaged or if there’s a mistake from our side. You must share an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.
9. How do I track my order?
