We craft our nameplates using high-quality Russian and Australian birch wood as the base, ensuring durability and a premium finish. The fonts can be customized in either acrylic or wood, depending on the design and customer preference, to create a unique and personalized look for each nameplate.

You can request changes to the font, background, or color of any nameplate to match your preferences. All such customizations are provided completely free of charge.

However, if you wish to increase the size of the nameplate, additional costs for material, shipping, and packaging will apply. We’ll also share a digital mockup with you for approval before finalizing the order. Once you’re satisfied with the design, you can proceed to place your order.

Return Policy

🔁 Return & Refund Policy – NakhraHub

At NakhraHub, we create products that are specially customized for you. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Returns on Customized Products

Since all our products are personalized and made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is confirmed.

Customization includes:

Names, text, photos, designs
Language or font selection
Any made-to-order product

✅ Replacement in Case of Damage or Error

We offer a replacement only if:

The product is damaged during transit, or
There is a manufacturing defect, or
The wrong product is delivered

To be eligible:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory
The product must be unused and in original condition

❌ What Is Not Covered

Minor color variations (due to screen or lighting)
Customer-provided spelling mistakes
Design approved by customer during mockup confirmation
Wear and tear after use

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once customization work has started.
Cancellation requests after mockup approval will not be accepted.

📲 Mockup Approval

Once you place an order, we will send a digital mockup via WhatsApp or email for your approval.

Production begins only after your confirmation.
