At NakhraHub, we create products that are specially customized for you. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
❌ No Returns on Customized Products
Since all our products are personalized and made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
Customization includes:
Names, text, photos, designs
Language or font selection
Any made-to-order product
✅ Replacement in Case of Damage or Error
We offer a replacement only if:
The product is damaged during transit, or
There is a manufacturing defect, or
The wrong product is delivered
To be eligible:
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory
The product must be unused and in original condition
❌ What Is Not Covered
Minor color variations (due to screen or lighting)
Customer-provided spelling mistakes
Design approved by customer during mockup confirmation
Wear and tear after use
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once customization work has started.
Cancellation requests after mockup approval will not be accepted.
📲 Mockup Approval
Once you place an order, we will send a digital mockup via WhatsApp or email for your approval.
Production begins only after your confirmation.
